Test Site

When you want to make substantial changes it's best to try this out on a test site first. This test site will count with the same levels of security as the production site.

Dedicated IP for sending emails

A dedicated IP address lets you be in full control of your domain's reputation and enhances deliverability.

Geocoding

Geocoding adds the latitude and longitude of your contact's address in order to show in a map view or proximity search.

FAQ'S

What is Civi-Go?

Civi-Go is a CiviCRM service in the modality of SaaS (software as a service). This service allows us to house in our servers pre-configured instances of CiviCRM and offer Civi-Go clients the possibility of starting to use the tool without having to install, configure or deal with technical decisions that would require an experienced IT professional.

Another advantage of the SaaS modality is that a Civi-Go client doesn’t have to worry about maintenance and security since all the Civi-Go installations are monitored and controlled by a team of specialists.

Is there a setup fee?

No, you just have to signup for your Civi-Go service by contacting us. We will set up and provide access to your instance and so you can start using it straight away.

Can I import my current data?

Yes. You can import your current data through standard CSV files directly into CiviCRM. The import tool is very intuitive and allows you to import contacts, activities, contributions and memberships.

Can you help me with the data migration?

Yes, we can help you with the data migration from your current system to your new Civi-Go service for an additional fee. We recommend that you first perform a database normalization and cleanup process. Clean data is essential to getting off to the right start!

Is this open source?

We are big proponents of open source software and are active contributors to CiviCRM. Civi-Go utilizes CiviCRM extended security release (ESR) and any custom developments that are built are yours. You own your data (MySQL) and it can be transferred to another environment like any other CiviCRM instance.

Civi-Go is the infrastructure your CiviCRM can rely on for burden-free maintenance and support.

Can I get support?

Yes, we have seasoned CiviCRM support team that has seen almost everything. You can buy a pack of hours or ad-hoc support whenever you have an issue, need training or when you want to expand the scope of your CRM and need strategic guidance on how to get there.

We also offers development services for both Drupal and CiviCRM.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you own your data and at any time you can export it directly through CiviCRM UI or request a direct MySQL export.

Is my data secure?

Civi-Go is housed in servers that are secure data centers. Security copies are made daily, both of the databases as well as files. These security copies are kept in two different locations as a preventive measure.

What plan should I choose?

All Civi-Go plans include a full featured CiviCRM installation. The difference between Civi-Go plans is related to 3 factors:

Database size (solid state – ultra high performance disks)
Disc space occupied by files
Monthly amount of emails sent

We will send you a monthly report of your database and disk occupation.

Can I host my website with Civi-Go?

We offer high performance website hosting for Drupal websites. If you have a different CMS, you can link to the Civi-Go site for your action pages such as donation, membership and event registration.
